Connect. Express. Grow.
Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and gently move toward the life that you want to live. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build more flexible, compassionate ways of responding — drawing from evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
You’re welcome to book a free 15 minute call and see whether we’d be a good fit.
I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, registered with the BABCP, with over ten years of experience helping people navigate change. Before specialising in CBT, I worked internationally as an Applied Behaviour Therapist in Australia and Kuwait.
My background has always centred on understanding how people grow - whether in therapy, sport, or movement. I have represented the Philippines in rugby and continue to work as a dancer and choreographer. These experiences have shaped how I see the mind-body connection: that progress often begins when we learn to listen differently to ourselves.
